How do I apply?

luca ist nicht nur eine QR-Bezahllösung für Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und andere gastronomische Einrichtungen, sondern auch ein Reservierungssystem. Gäste können mit einem Scan des QR-Codes mit ihrem Smartphone die Rechnung einsehen, den Betrag aufteilen, Trinkgeld geben und bezahlen. Zusätzlich hilft luca deinem Geschäft dabei, besser gefunden zu werden, und bietet ein Treuepunktesystem für Gäste und das Serviceteam an.

Do I need a cover letter?

No, a cover letter isn’t required. But if you’d like to share more about your motivation, we’d love to read it.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Absolutely. If several roles match your skills and interests, feel free to apply to all of them.

What happens after I apply?

Our Talent Team reviews every application. If your profile fits, we’ll invite you to the next step in our hiring process (usually a quick intro call). We always aim to give feedback within 10-14 days.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Typically, our process takes 2-4 weeks from application to offer, depending on role and availability.

Do you offer feedback if I’m not selected?

Yes. We value the time you invest, so we always share at least brief feedback after interviews.

Do you support remote or hybrid work?

Yes! We’re hybrid (3 days onsite).

Do you sponsor visas or offer relocation support?

At the moment we cannot provide relocation support.

What language do I need to speak?

Our company language is English, so you should feel comfortable working in it. For some roles German is also required. Other languages are a plus, not a must.
