How much does luca POS cost?
There are two packages, both for €59 per month. With luca Full POS you get the complete hardware included for a one-time fee of €1,495, which covers setup. If you use your own devices , you pay a one-time fee of €350 for setup and onboarding. Both packages include the full luca POS software.
Can I use my own devices?
Yes. luca POS runs on the device you already have. In the own-device package, we set up the software on your hardware and support you during the launch. If you prefer an all-in-one solution, the Full POS package includes a tablet with a stand, receipt printer, payment terminal, and cash drawer.
Is luca POS compliant with the law?
Yes. luca POS uses the cloud-based TSE from our partner fiskaly, making it fully compliant with the German KassenSichV requirements. This means you don't need an additional TSE module at your register. Daily closing reports are automatically documented in the DSFinV-K format, so you are prepared for any tax audits.
Which types of businesses is luca POS suitable for?
luca POS is designed for hospitality businesses that want to process payments quickly and without IT hassle, especially smaller, owner-operated businesses with counter service. In everyday operations, luca POS is used, for example, at Sushi Panda in Berlin-Mitte.
